What the hell the made another one?

Now some years have passed since the original events in Sleep away Camp.  Angela had been place under psychiatric care and had a full sex change into a girl courtesy of the tax payers.  She is now Angela Johnson working as a camp counselor.  She catches any campers that are not behaving like a camper should and kills them.  When Uncle Bob the man that runs the camp or anyone else asks what happened to the camper she will tell them that she had to send them home.  Now with nearly a quarter of the campers sent home on bad behavior Uncle Bob begins to get upset and fires Angela.  As Angela retreats upset over what happened to her hidden place nearby one of the campers and her boyfriend pursue her in an attempt to cheer her up.  It is here they find the bodies of their fellow campers and discover that Angela Johnson is actually Angela Baker the one responsible for the other camp murders.  The female manages to escape but gets over taking at least 3 times by Angela despite getting stabbed and injured multiple times.  Angela forces the girl off a cliff thinking that she is dead but she is merely knocked out.  The camper runs back to the camp for help only to find that all the campers are dead.  She then stumbles on the main road to try and hitch hike to find help when she encounters Angela who had just killed the driver for smoking.   So in this sequel Angela just seems to be killing people because they don’t enjoy the camp activities enough so they do their own thing.  Angela hides these bodies in a nearby cabin that doesn’t smell at all despite the number of dead bodies just sitting around there.

No Mystery here

Sleepaway Camp 2 dispenses with the mystery of who's killing campers right of the bat. This way its like an episode of Columbo: how do the campers figure out its her? After 80 minutes we find out that the last girl needs to see everyone's rotting corpse before piecing it together. Since Angela enjoyed camp so much as a kid, shes back as a the top counselor and loves watching 18 years old act like 12 years old by singing camp songs. Whenever anyone does something impure, she kills them and tells everyone they got "sent home". Reasons for getting sent home include: - Talking to boys after dark - Flashing - Taking pictures of girls flashing - Throwing water balloons - Being a bitch After sending too many kids home, shes fired and runs away to her hideout where she stashes the bodies of the impure. When her only friend comes to see her, she realizes that Angela is the Angela, and has to run for her life. Sleepaway Camp 2 is much more of a typical slasher movie than the first. Basically it was a series of over the top killings strung together. The death scenes were OK, but it was obviously done on a budget. Also this time its only gratuitous female nudity, not gratuitous male nudity.
