A town is flooded by a new dam project whose real intention is to seal an unholy gateway to Hell, which was sending the local townsfolk into spells of sinful libations. All that prevents the dam from bursting and releasing an army of darkness is a couple journalists and a really bad babysitter. Somehow, Hell still loses.

Spend an agonizing and very graphic 42 minutes with an extremely creepy Japanese guy as he anesthetizes a woman he has kidnapped and slowly severs each of her limbs. If you do not find this movie creepy and disturbing then there may be a dead hooker under your bed already.
