Wesley Snipes should have bet on the IRS A warrant has been issued for the arrest of Wesley Snipes and two of his accountants. Apprarently he hasn't filed his taxes from 1999 to 2004. He also claimed refunds in 1996 and 1997 to the tune of $12,000,000. One of the accountants has been arrested and the other has fled the country. The maximum sentence he could receive is 16 years in jail, but its doubtful he'll go there. They'll probably sell all of his stuff at auction and Wesley will be starring in Blade movies for the rest of his life.
