Did you know that Steven Seagal has been a full fledged deputy of Jefferson Parish for over 20 years? Thats on top of being a movie star/writer/director, musician, and energy drink pitch man. Is there nothing this man doesn't do? Now A&E is documenting his time on the force for a new reality show. According to the Guardian the maker's of the show are being sued since it's too close to an idea someone else had. In their minds this means it's going to be a hit, because nobody sues a flop. If you are still in disbelief, heres the trailer. It looks like A&E will be delivering Awesome for Christmas this year. |

Van Damme seems to have a boil on his forehead. Here's what I found on it. The excerpt is taken from Google's cache of a site that is now gone authored by Vail Reese, M.D. The same author has started a new site Skinema.com where you can check out other skins afflictions amongst the rich and famous including JCVD's infamous forehead bump. |

No seriously. According to Variety, Crystal Sky Pictures has a $200 million deal for five movies, including: a sequel to Hardboiled, Castlevania (named after the video game series), and a film adaptation of the video game Pac-Man. It will be interesting to see how they adapt a video game about a giant yellow mouth eating pills in the dark while being chased by ghosts. For some reason I'm thinking Keanu Reeves as the Pac. Write in with your story and casting decisions. |

According to Tom's Games Uwe Boll's latest epic failure based on a video game movie (which I guiltily admit to wanting to check out) is rumored to be facing uncertain distribution in the US. Large theatre chains are hesitant to pick it up given it's controversial nature. If you're wishing Uwe Boll would just stop making movies entirely then you probably want to head over the online petition with that stated goal. |

Uwe Bolls are not the clumps or hair and partially chewed up grass that Lamas cough up. No, Uwe Boll is the name of a man, but not just any man. Uwe Boll is the man responsible for unleashing unmitigated horror and suffering upon video game and movie aficionados. Does that mean the BMDB staff are the first ones in line to see the terrible movies he makes. You bet we are! |
